I nealry lost a testicle when my wife saw the debit... but once she got to use the monitor a bit.... she was thrilled and acknowledge how much better it is then her 17 inch dell at work and praised me for making such a wise investment....

It does not resolve even after reboot/hard reboot/restore.

I checked with the store to see if they were doing pre-orders/reservations but they said that it would be on a first come, first served basis. It looks like Orange have back tracked on it as they originally said that they would be taking pre-orders.
I was thinking of heading there for about 7/7:15 ish too. The lady I spoke to yesterday at the store said that as long as you are there by about 7:45 it should be ok but that it depends on the numbers in the queue. However she didn't know what the stock would be so it was a guess.
Guess I'll see you there :)

Hi,
I have two internet connections here, one via GBit-Ethernet to my Mac Mini and a slower one connected to my WiFi router. I just bought a wireless printer, thus I need to connect the Mini to the WiFi to print.
I think this is not explicitly specified, but which connection will be used to route to the internet? It would be unfortunate to use the WiFi, as it's about 5 times slower.
Can I set the wired connection to be default for all connections, and route only the traffic that really has to go into the WiFi? All that comes to mind at the moment is removing the gateway/router address.
Better ideas?
i take it your taking static routes you could bond them together but thats hard and kinda pointlesss id get rid of the dsl conection stick the gige line into the router bridge that to wifi and wire in the pc/mac to the same router done

Take a look at an extract from the modem update for jaguar! I have seen too many places say a dual 1.5Ghz!!! I reckon they planned to release it but could not because of Motorola, so they pulled it at the last minute.

I can't figure this one out. I successfully jailbroke my 1st gen iPad after using pwnage tool and tetheredboot.
However when I open cydia and do the required updates it asks me to reboot, so I do so but it keeps on going through a boot loop.
I then put it in DFU and do the tetheredboot command in terminal but it fails every time saying:

I'm not a Mac user but I believe your issue is with libusb If you google on this you'll see it is a common error, I believe you'll also find info on how to correct the issue...

ITASOR, the lines you see when you put other LCDs on the wrong refresh rate: do they _really_ look like the alternate 1 pixel wide static horizontal lines on the PBs?
I only ask, because the PBs also show a variety of wider horizontal "interference" banding and wavy dynamic diagonal banding in some colours, which is worse in the top left of the screen. And I wonder if this is what you refer to.

I will reserve judgment on this until I see the photo's. I would rather have great optics and a descent sensor then a very high pixel count. I like the fact thou, the smart phones are pushing. This means one less thing for me to carry in the not to distant future.

As for future support for syncing iOS devices, iTunes will be the biggest culprit. iTunes 10 requires 10.5.8, it's likely that the next major update to iTunes requires 10.6, which PPC's can't run. The big question is, how soon until that happens? With Lion due out this summer, I doubt it will take 2 years before Apple drops support for Leopard.
