Hollywood actress Jessica Alba latest and hot photo gallery.....
Jessica Alba born in Pomona, CA on April 28, 1981,she was the daughter of a Mexican-American father and a French-Danish mother. Alba's early life was marked by a series of unfortunate physical maladies. In addition to asthma, Alba twice suffered from collapsed lungs, a burst appendix and had to endure pneumonia several times a year. This, on top of her obsessive-compulsive disorder, helped serve to isolate her from other schoolchildren.
Luckily, her health eventually took a dramatically positive turn a few years later; an improvement Alba credited to her growing interest in acting. She then performed the role of Maya Graham in the first two seasons of the TV series, "Flipper" (also known as "The New Adventures of Flipper"). Under the tutelage of her lifeguard mother, Alba learned to swim before she could walk and was a PADI-certified scuba diver - skills which were put to use on the show, which was filmed in Australia. As the fresh-faced, enthusiastic and sweet Maya, the part would provide Alba a nice departure from her previous "mean.
She played Joyce Lakeland, a prostitute and sometime-lover of Affleck's, whom he brutally beats to death on screen. The scene - and a similar one later in the film with Kate Hudson - was so graphic that the film inspired numerous walkouts and angry verbal responses at Sundance, and colored almost every one of the film's mixed reviews. Reports hit the Internet that Alba herself walked out of a screening halfway through, although her rep told the press later that the actress stood by her work and the film, and merely had to catch a flight.

Golden glow for pregnant Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson

Glittering: Pregnant actresses Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson looked radiant in their full-length gold gowns at the Costume Institute Gala in New York tonight
They were surrounded by an array of beautiful, stylish women.
But with their radiant pregnancy glow, Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson went some way to outshine their fellow guests at the Costume Institute Gala last night.
The actresses both opted to dress their bumps in full-length gold gowns at the New York event, held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Stylish: Alba, who was accompanied by her husband Cash Warren, wore a Ralph Lauren gown for the event which this year is being held in tribute to Alexander McQueen
The Costume Institute Gala, one of the biggest events in the fashion calendar, is this year being held in tribute to designer Alexander McQueen, who took his own life last February.
Earlier in the night, Fantastic Four star Jessica, who turned 30 last week, tweeted that she would be wearing Ralph Lauren.
She was joined by her producer husband Cash Warren and was styled by Brad Goreski, Rachel Zoe’s former assistant.
Standing out: Jennifer Lopez, Just Go With It star Brooklyn Decker and Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitely all went for varying shades of pink
Jessica, who already has a daughter, two-year-old Honor, is due to give birth at the end of the summer.
But while Alba's bump may still have some way to go, Hudson, who is engaged to Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, was looking positively blooming.

Halle Berry named Hollywood's hottest mum
Actress Halle Berry has been voted the hottest mother in Hollywood in a new poll.The Oscar winner, who has three-year-old daughter Nahla with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, topped the Hollywood's hottest mum poll with 24 percent votes, reports dailystar.co.uk.
The second place, with 20 percent votes, went to actress Angelina Jolie who raises six kids with partner Brad Pitt. She was followed by Britney Spears at the third spot with 15 percent votes.
Actress Salma Hayek and Jessica Alba wrapped up the top five.
